Terms of Service

Welcome to Deal! ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Deal! mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Deal! is a family-oriented application designed to help parents and children manage tasks and rewards. The App allows parents to create tasks, assign diamond values, and review completed work, while children can complete tasks to earn diamonds and redeem them for rewards.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create a parent account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Parents are entirely responsible for managing the profiles of their children within the App, including any rewards or tasks assigned.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (Deal! Plus)

Deal! offers an optional premium subscription ("Deal! Plus") that unlocks additional features. If you choose to purchase Deal! Plus, payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription term.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to: (a) violate any local, state, national, or international law; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or servers; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code, are owned by Deal! and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
